The following cancellation policy applies to all group travel events organized by Common Bond Events & Travel, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), a California corporation. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined herein.
1. General Cancellation Terms - All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@commonbondevents.com as soon as possible. The date the cancellation request is received by us will determine any applicable refund or penalty. 2. Cancellation Fees - 100% Refund: For cancellations received before 14 days from date reservation was made.
- $200 Cancelation Fee: For cancellations received between 15 days until 120 days prior to departure. During this time frame all money will be returned minus the cancellation fee per person.
- 75% Refund: For cancellations received 121 days until 91 days prior to the departure date, a 75% refund of the total booking price will be issued.
- 50% Refund: For cancellations received between 90 days and 66 days prior to the departure date, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No Refund: For cancellations received less than 65 days prior to the departure date, no refund will be issued.
3. Exceptions Cancellations due to verifiable medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances may be eligible for special consideration at our discretion. Documentation must be provided, and any refunds will be subject to approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items Certain portions of your booking, such as airline tickets or special reservation fees, may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation date. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events that may result in the need to cancel your trip. We recommend using Allianz Travel Insurance or going to SquareMouth Travel Insurance to see your best options. The best time to buy travel insurance is within the first two weeks of purchasing your trip.
6. Changes to Policy We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. The most current version will be available on our website, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
